Have you forgotten or lost your user credentials?
The most common reason for being unable to login to your Optimatics account is due to forgotten passwords. If you are having trouble logging into your Optimatics account, try following the following steps:
STEP 1: Go to https://dashboard.optimatics.com/
STEP 2: Follow the password reset prompts as shown below
STEP 3: You will receive an email from "noreply@mailer.optimatics.com" instructing you to follow a link that will lead you to a screen to reset your Optimatics password
STEP 4: Attempt to login in with your new password
STEP 5: If you are still unable to login to your Optimatics account, please reach out to our Strategic Support Team either through email or by using the Crisp chat. In your correspondence please indicate to our staff that you have already attempted to reset your account password and are still unable to successfully login.
